Action Centre
The Action Centre is a day centre for adults (21+) living with physical impairments.
The Centre offers stimulating social and educational programming, including computer-based training and activities, a games room, and a variety of workshops and activities – including supervised outings.
Action Centre encourages its members to live life without limits.
Camp Massawippi
Camp Massawippi serves youth and families in Montreal at the day camp and with their overnight location in Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec.
In both cases Camp Massawippi provides the ultimate summer experience for children and youth with physical disabilities. Whether in the city or in the Eastern Townships, this unique camp offers children a fun and memorable summer camp experience, fully adapted to their needs and abilities.
The Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre
The Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre is the result of a merger in 2016 between the MAB-Mackay and Constance-Lethbridge Rehabilitation Centres.
Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay is a leader in the Montreal community, caring for people of all ages with impairments that limit mobility or motor function, communication disorders, visual impairments, or who are deaf or hard of hearing. In addition to their three sites, Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay works with clients in homes, daycares, schools, and places of work. It is the only rehabilitation centre in Montreal that serves children and adults in all four areas of physical impairment.
Mackay Centre and Philip E. Layton Schools
Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities Mackay Centre and Philip E. Layton schools provide safe, caring academic environments for children and young adults from 4 to 21 years of age.
Philip E. Layton School services students who are blind or visually impaired along with any associated disabilities. Mackay Centre School services students who are deaf, physically disabled and/or have a communication disorder.
Quebec Federation of the Blind (QFB)
Quebec Federation of the Blind offers support, advocacy, and social opportunities to and for individuals of all ages living with vision loss and blindness. Weekly bingo, monthly meals and special outings allow members a space of their own.
